We believe in better futures

We are two Finns who want to focus on opportunities, potential, and the positive actions we can make for a better world, skill by skill. We are experienced in education and learning design, sustainability and responsibility, international development and food security, monitoring and evaluation, and arts and culture.

Inkeri Lönnrot loves to apply learning design and foresight to create a link between employees’ and teams’ potential and organizational growth. She has worked in the humanitarian and food security sector in project management, supporting employee development through needs assessments, learning strategies, learning paths and analytics, as well as advancing organizational knowledge management and team learning processes. She has an MA in Education and International Development from the University of East Anglia. 

Anni Huovinen is a passionate advocate for sustainability and responsibility of organizations and people. During her career, she has worked on sustainability project management, reporting and service design, sustainability strategies and communicating societal impact. She has an MA in Education and Globalization from the University of Oulu and is now conducting her PhD research on organizational change towards sustainability. Anni has worked as an educator in culture for many years, gaining experience in teaching, lecturing, and performing.
